Concord Hospitality, a leading hotel development and management company, announced today that it has assumed management of Poteat Hotels’ seven-property portfolio across North Carolina, further expanding Concord’s presence in its home state and strengthening its growing footprint across the Southeast.
The portfolio includes seven hotels totaling 711 rooms in New Bern, Greenville, Wilmington, Boone and High Point. The properties, which will transition to Concord management throughout October, include a mix of full-service and select-service hotels operating under leading global brands.
